The Yoma Performance Development Center offers both online and in-person training programs as part of our comprehensive learning culture that engages our people at all levels. These programs are designed to enhance the skills of our employees and ensure they stay aligned with industry standards. During the financial year 2024-2025, a total of 45,448 training hours were delivered to 43,658 attendees. The available programs include:

Corporate Social Responsibility Program @Step In Step Up

In alignment with Yoma Bank’s mission to building a better Myanmar for its people, YPDC successfully delivered General Banking Knowledge and Soft Skills training at the Step-in-Step-up (SISU) Vocational School. This program is a key step toward launching the Yoma Bank Classroom, aimed at better preparing students for future careers.
