- Step 1: Log in User ID and Username from SMS provided from Yoma Bank.
- Step 2: Type the password from SMS provided from Yoma Bank.
- Step 3: Set up the new password.
- Step 4: Type One Time Password (OTP) within 5 min from SMS which will receive.
- Step 5: Please choose PIN or PATTERN for unlock method.
- Step 6 (Optional): Set up Face ID or Fingerprint if you want to.
- Step 7: Mobile Banking is ready to access

1. Put log in ID and Username from SMS which was sent to you for activation (or) mobile phone number used to open your account.
2. Next – choose “I forgot my password”.
3. Then, it will show the login or username that you have filled in on the first page.
– Please fill in your ACCOUNT NUMBER.
– Please fill in Date of Birth.
– Please fill in mobile number which was used to open account starting with ‘9’or’09’.
– Please fill in email address which was used to open account. If you don’t know that email address, you can pass this and go to next section.
4. Next – you will get OTP via email or mobile number. Fill in that password in the ‘SMS password’ field.
5. Please set new password and confirm password, then save.
6. Please choose either PIN or PATTERN for unlock method.
7. Then you can use face ID or fingerprint if you want to. (Optional)
8. You can use Mobile Banking.

- 1. Login to online/ mobile banking.
- 2. Select ‘Own Account Transfer’ option from the main menu.
- 3. Choose your account where you want to transfer from.
- 4. Choose your account where you want to transfer to.
- 5. Please type in the amount you want to transfer, then press ‘Send’.
- 6. Then click ‘Confirm’
- 1. Login to online/ mobile banking.
- 2. Select ‘Send Money’ option from the main menu.
- 3. Choose ‘Partners’ (if you want to send a new partner, you have to fill in your partner’s name and account number).
- 4. Please type in the amount you want to transfer.
- 5. Please type in payment reference (optional).
- 6. Select Account where do you want to transfer from.
- 7. Select transfer time and press ‘Send’.
- 8. Then, check account number and details
- 9. Then choose sign (where need to confirm PIN), then press ‘OK’.

- 6. Select the month which you need statement for.
- 7. You can view the statement at the online link
You cannot update your personal information on Yoma Bank Mobile Application.

FAQS for Security Tips
Yoma Bank never asked for OTP, PIN and Password from any of the customers. If there is any unsolicited SMSs or Emails, do not easily/quickly click URL links.
- Keep your ATM cards safe and always be alert of the surroundings when using them. If anything looks suspicious when you are at ATM, come back later or use another ATM.
- When making payments at POS machines, check the amount carefully. Be careful not to let others see your card’s PIN number and do not give your card to anyone or let anyone use your card.
- The PIN number of the card must not be written down anywhere and never share it with anyone.
- Regularly check your bank account balance and transactions either at the bank branch or via Yoma Bank Mobile Banking Application.
When your ATM card is lost/damaged, you must immediately report to Yoma Bank Customer Care Center at 9662 or 09-79662-9662 to block the card or visit the nearest Yoma Bank branch during bank opening hours to get assistance. And please apply for replacement card with identification document (NRC/Passport) with a fee of 5,000Ks at any nearest Yoma Bank branches.
Only the information from certified Yoma Bank Limited Facebook Page with Blue Mark created by Yoma Bank is official. Other pages or Groups using the name of Yoma Bank are not authorized by Yoma Bank.
To ensure the security of your account, you should be the only one to use your MPU card and secured passwords. Do not share any PIN or password with anyone.
Yoma Bank employees NEVER request customers’ personal information such as Yoma Bank Mobile Banking Password, One Time Password-OTP, PIN Number, Security Questions at all.
If you encounter with such fake accounts using the name of Yoma Bank, you can report to or verify with Yoma Bank official Facebook page (Blue Mark) or send email to Yoma Bank’s official email ([email protected]) or contact Yoma Bank Customer Care Center on 9662 immediately. You can also visit and enquire to the nearest Yoma Bank branch for further instruction.
