Eligibility & Requirements to linkage with WayPay
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must provide an original NRC ID Card for verification
- Must have a WavePay account Level 2
- NRC used to upgrade WavePay account to Level 2 and NRC used to create Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account must be the same

Other details of WavePay Linkage Process
Yoma Bank customers with Flexi Accounts can now cash out at selected Wave Agent shops
via Yoma Bank Next Mobile Application with a service fee of 1% (on the cash-out amount).
- 1. Launch WavePay app and tap “Cash In/Out.”
- 2. Tap “Add More Banks.”
- 3. Select “Yoma Bank.”
- 4. Under “Type of Account,” select “Flexi Everyday Account” and input your account number, then tap “Continue.”
- 5. A review page will appear. Review the information entered and tap “Continue” if everything is correct.
- 6. Enter the 4-digit PIN for your WavePay account.
- 7. An SMS containing a 6-digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account. Input the OTP.
- 8. Your WavePay account and Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account are now successfully linked.
If your WavePay account was upgraded to Level 2 using a different ID, you can still link it manually by visiting the nearest Yoma Bank branch.
