We promote open communication through Yammer, our internal social platform, divisional all-hands meetings, and Town Halls led by Senior Management. Our cost-sharing in-house canteen, recreation areas, bi-monthly social hours, and seasonal festive activities strengthen teamwork and connection. Employees also have access to SC Sports Club next to our head office to enjoy sports and fitness facilities. We actively participate in Group-wide initiatives to foster unity and belonging.

Launched in 2022, YBFC is part of our employee wellness program, created to support both physical and mental well-being. Through regular games and practice sessions, employees get the chance to relax, stay active, and build stronger teamwork and collaboration across different departments and other entities.
