Yoma Bank Celebrates the Graduation of Branch Internship Program Participants

On 11 September 2026, Yoma Bank held the Branch Internship Graduation Ceremony at Yoma Bank Head Office to celebrate 28 young participants who successfully completed the Branch Internship Program. Conducted over three months from June to August 2026, the program was designed to provide participants with practical banking knowledge and hands-on workplace experience while developing essential professional skills for their future careers.

Throughout the Internship Program, participants had opportunities to:

• Gain hands-on experience through one-month rotations across Customer Service, Business Development, and Cash functions at selected Yoma Bank branches.
• Receive guidance and support from designated Mentors throughout the internship.
• Develop professional and interpersonal skills through monthly Catch-up Sessions and Soft Skills Training.
• Share their learnings, experiences, and development through Final Presentations at the end of the program.

The Graduation Ceremony included remarks from Yoma Bank representatives, certificate presentations to participants and Mentors, performances, and prize-giving activities. Following the successful completion of the Internship Program, the majority of participants will continue their career journey as full-time employees at their respective Yoma Bank branches.
