Yoma Bank Industrial Visit for the Next Generation of Young Learners

On 30 July 2026, Bachelor Programme students and faculty members from Myanmar Imperial College (MIC) visited Yoma Bank Head Office at StarCity, Thanlyin Township, as part of an Industrial Visit.

During the visit, Yoma Bank representatives shared the Bank’s history, core values, and business operations. The students also had the opportunity to learn about the roles and responsibilities of different departments at the Head Office and observe the workplace environment.

In addition, students visited Yoma Bank’s StarCity Branch in Thanlyin, where they were able to observe daily branch operations and learn how banking services are delivered to customers, gaining valuable practical exposure and meaningful learning experiences.

This Industrial Visit helped students connect classroom knowledge with real-world experience while gaining a better understanding of the banking industry, workplace culture, and future career opportunities.
