Yoma Bank Was Named Overall Best of the Best Local Myanmar Employer of the Year

Yangon, Myanmar – Dec 11, 2017 – At Myanmar Employer Award (2017) held on December 9th, powered by Jobnet.com.mm, which celebrates top industry leaders across the country for their exceptional achievements and relentless commitment to employer excellence and talent management, Yoma Bank was awarded a total of 7 awards; Two Gold “Best Learning and Development Program” and “Best Use of Internal Marketing for Company Pride”, Three Silver “Best Use of Rewards & Recognition”, “Best Career Advancement Program”, and “Most Innovative Use of Technology in HR”, and One Bronze “Most Effective Recruitment Strategy for Talent Attraction”.
There were 21 local and 20 international companies, submitted the applications for the placement of 83 and 50 total awards receptively to Myanmar Employer Award (2017). Only after passing the stringent assessment processes, Yoma Bank was selected for these seven the respective areas. “Yoma Bank has four key core values that guide us: Customer Focus, People Development, Teamwork and Pride in The Organization. Eleven panelists including local and international experts, conducted the assessment process on submitted applications for five months for the Myanmar Employee Award (2017), and Deloitte Myanmar participated as the verifying partner.
